General Terms and Conditions
for the Selling of Zechstein Miracle products
Effective as of January 1, 2017
These terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship as well as the general rights and obligations of the parties between Wanadis Kft as Service Provider and the Customer concerning the conditions of selling the products „Zechstein Miracle”. The contractual relationship is effective as the parties sign the Service Contract of which these Terms are indispensable parts.
1. Contracting parties
The data of the Customer are laid down int he Service Contract. The data of the Service Provider:

2. Products available on the website
Only the Zechstein Miracle products are available on the website.
3. Purchasing on the website
The products contained by the website are available for everyone even without the procedure, however the registration to our website could make ordering easier and more access-able for future purchasing. Registration can be find on the headline of the website, under the small “body” icon. You can find your recent orders or change your personal details afterwards.
The products seen on the website are available to order for the contracting parties, which can be ordered from our website. The contracting parties are informed about the prices, ingredients and the benefits about the products by clicking on the picture of the product. The pictures are only illustration, may vary from reality. The Provider does not take responsibility for any misunderstandings either for imprecise information.
3.2.1 Purchasing procedure
Choose a product, click on the chosen product to see all the informations provided. After picking the option “add to basket”, the product will be added to your basket so the contracting party is able to continue the order. By clicking on the “basket” icon (find in the top-right corner of the website) the contracting party can see the items in the basket and manage the quantity of the products.
If all the details and quantities are correct, click on the “order” icon and enter all the required informations. After checking if the informations are correct, by clicking “place order” the procedure is confirmed.
After the order is placed, Zechstein Miracle will send the customer an e-mail summarising the terms and conditions of the order. Please note that this does not mean that the order has been accepted. Zechstein Miracle’s acceptance of the order will take place when the products are dispatched for delivery.
The customer may track the status of the order and download his/her invoice in the “Your Account” section on our Website. Orders can only be processed via the Website or the telephone.
3.4 Payment Conditions
Payment for Zechstein Miracle products can be made using a debit card or credit card. Zechstein Miracle accepts the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Payment by cheque is not accepted.
Payment for the Products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance. Zechstein Miracle will not charge the customer’s debit card or credit card until the order is dispatched.
The entire transaction shall be effected in encrypted mode and the banking data of the Purchaser shall not transit via the Website.
3.5 Right of Cancellation
The Purchaser has the legal right to cancel their order and withdraw from the contract without reason within the period of thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of his/her order. If that thirty (30) day period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, the deadline will be extended until the following business day.
In order to exercise this right, the customer shall, before the expiry of the thirty (30) day deadline, inform Zechstein Miracle of his/her desire to cancel the contract This may be done using the methods below (but these methods are not obligatory):
• completing the cancellation form at the bottom of these terms;
• completing the return form contained in the package;
• sending a letter or e-mail addressed to Zechstein Miracle’s Customer Service Team and including the following information: name, postal address and, if available, the customer’s telephone number, order number and e-mail address.
3.5.1 Refund Policy
Zechstein Miracle will refund to the Purchaser the amount paid for the cancelled products together with the delivery charges within a maximum period of 14 days from the qualitative and quantitative verification of the returned products.
Refunds will only be made against the original debit card or credit card used.
The Zechstein Miracle products are only delivered in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland (but excluding the overseas territories).
When ordering, the customer should choose the most convenient delivery method from amongst those proposed and, if required, should provide clear delivery instructions if the delivery address is difficult to locate or access.
3.6.1 Delivery deadlines
The delivery time of the Zechstein Miracle products will depend on the option selected by the Purchaser when placing the order, and will in any event be within thirty (30) days of order, except if affected by events beyond Zechstein Miracle’s control as set out in clause 10 (Events outside the Company’s control). Any delivery dates are estimates only and Zechstein Miracle does not guarantee that delivery will occur on the given date.
If no one is available at the delivery address to take delivery, the delivery driver will leave a note with details of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products. If the customer does not collect the products or does not take delivery of the Zechstein Miracle products within a reasonable period and the order is returned to the Company, Zechstein Miracle will be entitled to treat the order as having been cancelled and will refund the amount of the order.
3.7 Verification of the order on receipt
The Customer should check immediately the condition of the package upon delivery. If the Purchaser has any concerns regarding the condition of the package or if any products are missing from the order or are incorrect or faulty, the customer should inform immediately the delivery driver and notify the concerns on the delivery slip or, if this is not possible, should notify Zechstein Miracle’s Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
The Zechstein Miracle products will be the Purchaser’s responsibility from the completion of delivery. The Purchaser will own the Zechstein Miracle products once they have been delivered provided that we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.
4. Changes to these Terms
Zechstein Miracle may revise these terms and conditions from time to time including without limitation in the following circumstances:
• to make changes to the order and delivery process;
• to make changes to the way in which payment is accepted;
• to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
Every time a customer places an oder for Zechstein Miracle products, the terms in force at that time will apply to the contract between Zechstein Miracle and the Customer.
